hi! depends entirely on who the 3rd party is and how they work.

the IDs we give you are IDs of objects in our API/servers, they are not something that other parties can charge just directly, it would depend how that third party works and how they integrate themselves with Stripe.
So I would ask them directly for the docs of how they want you to work with them.
