Hyros is an ad tracking software. It allows you to find out where your sales come from and track the lifetime value of a customer.

I had to enter my stripe login credentials into hyros, and I always assumed it was pulling data trough the API, but that happens in the background for me.

They sent me to Stripe saying that they only pull the data from stripe and get what is given.

When I look at my monthly statements, it doens't show the names for the products we sell, only the $ amounts.

Is there a way to adjust this in stripe? We are selling through Kajabi which is a content management platform.

sorry but this is not anything we can help with. I suggest pushing back on Hyros for more technical detail

we can't help on this Discord server as it's for developers directly writing code to use Stripe's API and we know nothing about the multiple third parties involved here
