What type of connected account (Standard, Express or Custom) and charge type (Direct Charges, Destination Charges or Separate Charges and Transfers) do you use?

Standard connected account should only be used with Direct Charges.

Destination Charges is meant for Express and Custom connected accounts.

If you use Payment Intent for your integration, discount can be managed by application_fee that the amount platform gets will be after the discount (which connected account will keep the discounted portion)
