Yup! You may create a customer on the test clock first, then set this customer ID in the customer of Checkout Session: https://stripe.com/docs/api/checkout/sessions/create#create_checkout_session-customer

Have you signed up for the access? When the access is granted, you will receive relevant doc for integration

This is only for sign up and there is still an approval process

After the customer is created on test clock, you can update on the Customer object directly
