So for example, if my Stripe balance is $10 and I want an instant payout, I have to pay a 1% fee, or $1. Should "gross" be $10 and "net" be $9? Or do I have that backwards?

Is this the clarification of how the amount of gross or net should be calculated? Or how to initiate instant payout through API?
