Hello! Is this an error you can reproduce on demand, or is it intermittent?
It doesn't happen for all users. I'm checking with our support team to see if there are any users actively experiencing the issue right now - so that I can manually generate an account link - but otherwise it's not clear what the conditions to trigger the issue are

I see, I can file a ticket with them. There aren't known/documented expected causes for this issue?
