Yes it appears to be, although that article seems more like a domain cert where as I am trying to make a ios app certificate. The domain certs are still working fine
I just went through the process again and made a new iOS app certificate to be sure and am getting the same error
I did not see in the documentation that regenerating the app store certificate is required, but maybe you do? Everything has green checks and says its valid
Have you already tried regenerating the app store certificate?
yes
ok i fixed it just now
You may want to update your instructions as there is 1 crucial missing step
Oh?
So ONLY when updating, once you are done putting the .cer into stripe you have to go BACK to apple and click "Activate" on that .cer. It will then invalidate the OLD one that stripe has and the new one will work. If you do not do this then whene your old one expires it simple stops working and does not swith to the new one even if you revoke it
So once I redid the cer the second time I went back to apple after uploading to stripe and refershed the page and then there was a "activate" button 🙂
tricky little fellers
Ahhh, okay. I'll take that feedback to the product team to make sure they have it on their radar. Thanks for taking the time to explain!
You bet, thanks for being on here to help!
