Can you share a concrete example (maybe a Paymentintent ID pi_xxx) where you saw two charges?

I don't see the IOF charge in the receipt or dashboard, however when I access my bank account there is an IOF charge (this tax is charged in Brazil when you use Brazilian reais, which is our currency, to pay international products/services)

Are you sure that 'IOF" charge is related to Stripe?

Make sure to include relevant information, like the PaymentIntent ID, bank account screenshots, etc.
