Hi there, I don't think 3DS would be requested if the issuer bank doesn't support 3DS, unless your radar rule requests 3DS.

Ok, I can see that the 3DS was attempted but this transaction was declined by the card issuer.

Has your customer contacted their card issuer?

The issuer bank may experiecning an outage, can you ask the customer to try again later, or use a different card?
