Hi, yes that is how it will work. You create two different types of prices. The first one being one $99 monthly prices, and the second one being the metered usage pricing. We document the different types of pricing models here: https://stripe.com/docs/products-prices/pricing-models.

I was reading up on usage-based pricing. Will using a graduated pricing model that has a $99 flat fee for the first 600 units and $0.1 per unit after that not work? Or is it that this method is the same as what I mentioned earlier but the flat fee will be charged at the end of the billing period?
@fading crest that should fit what you need. I'd recommend playing with this in Test mode to view the various Invoice(s) created and confirm that's what you are after

end, but you could have 2 separate products, one for the flat fee (charged upfront) and one for the graduated volume (charged at the end)
