Hi please let me explain
I removed one day free trial , so now I have a yearly subscription, and wish to terminate it after 1 year using schedule. I don't see any errors, but as you said I should see it'll get cancelled after one year if there is no free trial, but I see it's active and next invoice will be created for 2024, so as it shows it goes for ever still.
Okay can you provide the Subscription ID so I can take a look?
So all you did here is create the Subscription Schedule but you haven't updated it at all to change the end_behavior to release and set iterations: 1
I set end_behaviour to cancel, should I set it to release so the subscription will be cancelled?
No, cancel is correct, but you haven't updated the Subscription Schedule at all. That request never went through. You can see by looking at your requests in your Dashboard: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs?method[0]=post&method[1]=delete&direction[0]=connect_in&direction[1]=self
The last request made was simply to create the Subscription Schedule. You never updated it
