Hi there, yes that sounds like an issue with the intialization of your Stripe instance. However, seems like you are using the Prestashop Connector here, yes? If so, we only work with the API directly but we have a part of our Support team that focuses on our Connectors so you'll want to reach out to them about this at https://support.stripe.com/contact/login
