Are these completely separate stripe accounts? OR are they connected to your account via Stripe connect?
If its the former, then no. You can't transfer funds between two independent stripe accounts.

Right I’ve been looking into this stripe connect thing but I haven’t understood how the process works for it. Can I have my employees connect with my stripe account to make this work?

But to explain it briefly, your Stripe account will act as a platform and create connected accounts for each of your employees.
You can use Transfers API to trigger sending funds to the connected account
