Those are the amounts that you need to provide for verification

No the above screenshot is enough.

It is asking for descriptor code. You need to provide the whole SMXXX string that you see on your statement

For example, it should look something like SM11AA

That's quite weird, I've never seen the descriptor code length shorten

It should always be 6 digits afaik

I'd recommend talking to our support team to see if they know why this is happening
