if you need private support, that's what https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true is for and really that's the right avenue for this question, not an anonymous Discord server. But if you have an ID of a payment I can have a quick look and tell you where it might have come from

so what company do you work for? since there are two companies involved in that payment, as it uses our Connect marketplace product.

then I suggest reaching out to Chuffed.org since they control your Stripe integration and call the API to process payments for you
