if i'm customer and i buy provider product, provider price 100GBP between client has commission 50GBP, So how can we distribute payment? like client commision directly going our stripe account and provider amount will debited in their bank account..!

What do you mean by "user" in "user bank account"? The end user who just paid? Yourslef? Someone else?
To make things more clear, can you give a concrete example of where exactly you want the money to go if a end user buys 100GBP from you?

1st Now i want to 10 percent commission amount provide to client which amount going to our stripe account,
2nd With this also I want to remaining ProviderX debit amount on their bank account directly without any strip accounts

there's no way to send money to someone without that person having a Stripe account.
