Hi, no we do not offer such call. However, we're happy to help here. You're likely looking at this: https://stripe.com/docs/products-prices/pricing-models#tiered-pricing pricing model.
Is it possible to create a dedicated Enterprice Product, which contains a number of Shop licenses? We willl have an individual User's Dashboard, a Shop Admin Dashboard where they can assign purchases User licences, and an Enterprize Admin dashboard where they can purchase Shop licences and assign them to Shops in their Organisation, so it wouldn't be the same as a tiered system for individual User licences exactly
Do you have Stripe consultants that can work with companies?
I still do not understand your pricing structure. Can you clarify a bit?
@azure maple we don't really have a consultancy service though I'm sure there are third-party who offer this
Based on what you described it sounds like you mostly want to track this yourself
Sure thing! So,
- an individual can sign up for our system for $100/yr and they purchase a "User" license.
- a larger building can purchase a "Building" license. This is $1000/yr, and includes 15 User license, which a Building Admin can assign to Users in it's building from the dashboard
- an Enterprise can purchase an "Enterprise" license for $25,000/yr, which includes 40 Building licenses. These can be assigned to Buildings in the Enterprise Admin dashboard. In turn, those Buildings assigned with Building licenses can assign User licenses to the Users in its Building from the Building Dashboard
like people buy a certain Product and then you track how many licenses that is in your own system
I think that might be the plan, but we wanted to check if that was something that Stripe offered
We don't offer this
I appreciate your help! Additionally, is it possible to create "catalogs" or filters for products? We have purchasable video game items stored in Stripe but they are cluttering our Products list and it would be good if we could create a custom "catalog" in Stripe
no we don't really have a catalog feature yet
Fair enough, I don't suppose anybody else has come to you with either of these issues before? I'm thinking we should move our products off of Stripe and move them to our DB and just keep the purchasable "gems" that can be spent on in-game items on Stripe
I'm not sure I'm sorry, this feels super high level so it's hard to say with a few sentences like this
I have to run as we close Discord at this time. I'd highly recommend working directly with our support team for something this involved
Absolutely, thanks for your assistance and have a great weekend
