This has happened previously due to an issue with a failed payout, but i figured that was a one-off in this instance there was no failed payout

The normal apis I use to get the transactions associated with a payout also seem to be impacted by this

Yeah it definitely looks weird - let me see what I can find

Okay so I don't know a ton about this feature, but it looks like this is due to a debit-splitting feature. I'd write in to support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) and ask them to make sure it's disabled for this account
