I'm not seeing any indication that you've actually attempted to confirm that payment intent - you need to be debugging you're own code and seeing why confirmation is not happening

Can I find html code somewhere of the apple pay form? We're doing a javascript validation on name input for card payments and it seems to be different on apple pay form

I'm sorry I don't understand the question and why you'd want to do anything like this. If you use one of our official Elements we control this fully you don't have access to any HTML as it's usually in an iframe
