They're getting these errors because there are special things you need to do to support cross border payouts (https://stripe.com/docs/connect/cross-border-payouts). Essentially, you need a different type of service agreement for this to work
You should push on your employer to talk to support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) so they can discuss next steps on how to get your accoutn in the right state
@jade wraith thanks for the reply. Does this means I'll need to do the onboarding again or is this something fixable in the backend?
I'm not really sure (and that's why you should really push on your employer to talk to support). It's possible we have internal tools on our end that could fix this, but that's something support would know more about, not this channel
