Whenever you create a Subscription on trial we always create a SetupIntent for you so that you can collect a Customer payment method for after the trial ends if you so desire

can we stop doing this any way?

because in our case am creating a setup intent and then passign this to payment sheet and once the card is added successfully i am initiating subscription from webhook event setup intent succeeded

No we always create a setupintent with trials
