hello! can you share an example request id for which you've created a billing portal session, and are not able to see the product/price in the portal? Also, which specific product were you expecting to see but is not showing up?
Hi @midnight shore I think I figured out why. Everytime I change prices (archiving and creating new), I have to go to customer portal configuration and add/delete the products and prices to get reflected on the customer side. Now it all sorted. Thanks 🙂
