if we can't, what's the goal to archive a price? it's like a deletion, but we can still recover the data (but no longer use it)?

Archiving a Price just switches to active: false you can still unarchive it in the Dashboard or the API

after you archive the Price disappears but you can search for it and get to a UI for it with unarchive
