If you believe you have a secret key leak the number 1 step is to identify where the leak came from - you could roll the secret key, but if you haven't patched the leak then it's likely the new key will be vulnerable as well
after rolling the new key, how can I get my stripe up it seems my account got suspended
You'll want to talk to support for that - we don't handle account suspensions here

I received the following msg, is there a way to I check my webhooks on stripe website?
Rolling will block this API key and generate a new one. We recommend reviewing your security history for events related to this key. Any webhook endpoints created with this key will stay active, even after the key is rolled.
You can see your current webhook endpoints at https://dashboard.stripe.com/webhooks
