It won't technically delete the account since that account will be standalone now -- the Platform can't delete Standard accounts since they are their own full account. The account can only be deleted by logging into that account's Dashboard and closing the account. However once removed from the platform when you onboard again you should be able to onboard a new account with the same email.

You can delete all your test data on your account via the button at https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/developers
