It looks like there isn't a prebuilt setting for that. You can set the description on the PaymentIntent and that will show up on the receipt but otherwise I don't think there is much ability to change the text of what is on the receipt https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_intents/object#payment_intent_object-description
