And your Stripe account is based in Brazil?

Gotcha, that is expected then. ACH Direct Debits are currently not supported for Brazil based Stripe accounts. You can review the list of countries that a Stripe account must be based in to use this payment method in the Country availability tab near the top of this page:

I'm developing an ACH integration, do you know how can I test it once I don't have a real American Bank?

If you're using a Brazil-based Stripe account, you won't be able to accept ACH Direct Debit payments.

No, you will need to create a new Stripe account based in the desired country.

If you're using Financial Connections as part of the ACH Debit flow, then you can select one of the test banks shown when you go through that process in test mode. If you're accepting bank details directly, then you can use the test account numbers or Payment Method IDs that I linked to initially.
