and the client got this email
3DS succeeded but looks like we received a decline from the issuer
yeah looks like the bank suspected that this was a fraudlent transaction and blocked it?
but user did not recieved any otp or anything how come it got declined?
As far as I can tell, that's what we received from the issuer/bank.
The user should talk to the bank and see if they can provide more information on this.

is there any other way by which we can detect the decline cause?
As far as I know, that's not something that would be visible to Stripe. The bank must be able to share why they declined it.
