Like user subscribes, but decides they want a refund, our support team has to manually wait 4-5 days for the payment to become successful before they can actually issue the refund
its a big manual process that is shaping up to be a big pain for us

ACH direct debit is delayed notification payment method [0]. Since pi_3NfUxnJmq474uon81kd1tiMR is still processing that Stripe doesn't know the payment result (success or fail), the payment can't be refunded. Only the payment result is returned by the bank, then refund can be performed
