Hey, one of my clients is looking to transfer his subscriptions from a platform to his own account, but we are not sure what happens to subscriptions in that process.

👋 I recommend having this client work with the platform first, as the steps they'll have to take to ensure subscriptions aren't disrupted will ultimately depend on how subscriptions are being created now

Does your client have access to the Stripe Dashboard (dashboard.stripe.com)?

Yes, I believe so.

He is paying a fee to the platform I believe, so that is I think one of the questions, as to what happens to that.

We're not experts on fees but our support team can take a look at their account to determine how these subscription charges are being created and what the effects of disconnecting the platform will be.
