So if this is an employee of a company who manages their billing, they should not enter the account holder's name (which is likely not the same), but instead their full name?

That's a good question. I think you want the bank account's holder name in that case but that isn't made really clear on Checkout. You might want to ask our support team directly about this https://support.stripe.com/contact for a definitive answer

Ok thanks, I contacted support, but they could not give me a definitive answer either. They said they would be looking into it further, so hopefully I can get an answer soon.
