by pause I meant user will be able to unsubscribe from the subscription and resume would be them subscribing again after unsubscribing

Yeah that is possible to do in that case though there's a lot here: do you prorate on cancellation? Do you keep their account active until the end?

Honestly I think the Discord bot is not relevant to start. The first step will be for you to understand how our Billing product for recurring payments work, how to collect card details, choose Price(s), etc.
