I have already looked at it. When i do it, it says i should make a payment of $1,030.18 to receive $1000 but instead i get $993.82, as if i have extra fee's

Hm, yeah I would recommend double checking with Support. The math sounds close, but I'm wondering if maybe the flat rate or percentage amount you're using isn't aligning with the actual fee structure for your account.
