Yes, if that's how you have it configured. Do you not want this to happen? Like do you not want people to be able to pay via ACH credit transfer?

ACH credit transfers are supported as a way to pay a Stripe Invoice. It's being set as the default because there is no other payment method. That doesn't mean someone won't be able to pay another way, with a card for example. It all depends on how you have your Invoice template configured.
