Yes, I have gone through it
it says the step-2: Calculating the tax for individual line items, rounding each one separately, and subsequently aggregating the totals.

Then I think at this point you should contact our support team https://support.stripe.com/contact and write a detailed end-to-end account of what you're doing, your math, our math and your confusion so taht they can dive into this with you. It's not really something I can help with here I'm sorry
