hi! you can't. You can't delete Prices, only archive them (update with active:false). The Dashboard lets you delete Prices that haven't been used yet, but that's special Dashboard-only functionality.

such a bad thing, as I have to delete product within my system using API

I'm not able to delete the product even it only has unused prices
