By showing who will you show it?

It will appear on your Dashboard, and available via API. If you need to show to your customer, you would want to build an UI yourself and call Stripe API under the hood

I just want to see it on my stripe account dashboard. Beacuse its my final year project and i will show that succesful payment to my examiner professor.

Should i have to create server on glitch. Because when i run expo app on different device it cannot connect to my machine server which i created on laptop port 3000

you need the backend hosted somewhere on the web yes, that devices not running as simulators on your laptop can access.
