Gotcha - yeah this is something you'll have to handle yourself then. If you had standard accounts they'd have full access to a stripe dashboard where they could manage their own communication preferences (https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/communication-preferences) and see if one of those settings works but express accounts have a really limited dashboard and wouldn't hav access to that

Is invoicing used for payout email notification?

I'm not fully sure what you mean by that - invoicing would be completely separate from payout emails
