I'm sorry that's just an incredibly big picture with no context unfortunately. On this Discord server we help developers with questions about their code and integration. Unfortunately I can't really debug why the Dashboard does or doesn't show something I think you'll want to chat with our support team directly and provide relevant ids like you connected account id related
