The merchant does not have "clear" support, but I assume that security at the time of purchase is provided by stripe, right?

Yeah, I hadn't noticed. However, is this an app configuration issue, or is it Stripe's terms and conditions? Do you think it is possible that it is a withholding of the amount while the trial runs contrary to the other free trial system?
This is a technical forum, so I don't know the details.
What I know for sure is first you must reach out to your service provider.
I already did it, although my goal was to beat Stripe, then I realized that the problem was with the Provider, HAHAHAHA. Thank you very much, have a nice day/night.
