We mainly help with developers who want to integrate directly with the Stripe API here on this channel

Any ideas why I can see the option to use the identity checker to do it but other users cant?
i have no idea sorry, we aren't so familiar with the Dashboard here on this channel since we mainly handle API related questions
I actually got here because of the API , mainly because I cant remove the user card because it is the default method
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
i don't think you can delete the external account of an Express account via the API. The management of their payout accounts should be solely from the Express Dashboard
the thing is that the user doesnt see the option to access that website in the way that shows in the support page either : /
our support agent tried to talk with Stripe support for 1h already
We are using the express connected mobile version
is there a direct support channel we can get in touch?
This discord server is for technical integration questions. To contact Stripe Support, it can only be done at https://support.stripe.com/contact. You may choose either contact channel in the Support page
Well, it does not work like that, we don’t see all the support options, and the api for express connect is very limited for this situation so we could at least provide the feedback that the UI for express connected accounts is not very intuitive in this case?
