Hello! You can write a custom Radar rule that allows payments when they have certain metadata set: https://stripe.com/docs/radar/rules/reference#metadata-attributes
But this will still count as screened transaction I assume?
Yeah, it will.
I should have probably formulated my question better. How can I completely skip the Radar processing on transactions happening in a highly trusted context?
My Account Executive told me this was possible while we were negotiating the terms of my IC++ agreement.
If you have an AE they should be able to provide you with the details about what they were talking about.
So as far as you know, it is correct that the documentation does not mention anything about how to prevent a transaction from being screened? I couldn't find anything anywhere
Yeah, there's no publicly available feature for this as far as I know. Your account might have special access to a beta or restricted functionality, but if that's the case that's not something I can help you with here.
That said, hang on, I'm asking internally to make sure I'm not missing anything...
I see, I'll try to get in touch again with my AE then.
Ah, yeah, I think I found it. It is a restricted feature. Can you access these docs? https://stripe.com/docs/radar/rules/skip-rules
Make sure you're logged into your account when you try to access that.
Nope, I get a page not found error
Ah, okay, so the next step would be to ask your AE for more info.
I will get in touch with my AE and refer to the documentation again later on then. Thank you for you time.Very much appreciated!
Sounds like they need to give you access to that feature.
