Do you have an example Checkout Session ID I can look at for both those screenshots? A Request ID for the creation of the Checkout Sessions would be fine too.

And I can see more than 1000 sucessfull payment with other PMs then Card only.

On my own account if I create a Checkout Session with customer_email set to an email that has Stripe Link, once I "log into Link" I only get the Link + new card option, none of the other LPMs.

You have to click that Check out as guest at the bottom to log out of Link and see all the other PM types.

So basically you just need to have that customer log out of Link and/or checkout as a guest
