I have screenshots of y'all need them. For some reason, GigPro's app and site can't seem to work with the cam and keeps getting stuck.
I messaged the support line about the problem and all they seem to have fixed was uploading my license pictures. Now they aren't replying to this issue.

I'm having some communication issues with them. I'd figure some of the ppl here could help since it's integrated with Stripe for the problem I'm having, and they don't seem to have the know-how to fix the errors in a timely manner.
