If you use Payment Element or Checkout, you don't need to worry about PCI compliance
if we want to have stripe element in the same page with the product offering, would that componement grant us the exemptions from PCI compliance or mini PCI?
or then what is the difference between those two then - more integration workd for element?
if say we integrate with the stripe elements and we give these white-labelled elements to our partners, as we are selling products in their websites. in that case would both of us exempt from PCI?
and we could still get be the merchant of record and be in charge of controlling fund flows?

You won't be exempt from PCI if you use Stripe Elements, you will just let Stripe take care of it for you.
i guess that is we will be exempt from PCI as stripe takes care of it
