you have to enable bank account collection as a setting, it's not on by default(because it requires Stripe to collect and text a phone number and you might not want that if you're whitelabelling etc)

after the user set the mail and the phone number, the next step is a log in

probably means they have an existing full Stripe account with the same phone number so they're being asked to log into that, I'm not sure.
