👋 I recommend starting here to read about presentment vs. settlement currencies: https://stripe.com/docs/currencies
If you have a bank account or debit card that receives funds in USD, you can have funds paid out in USD
This article also goes over presentment currency: you can present prices the supported presentment currency based on your Stripe account's country
If my UK bank is able to recieve in USD, can I set my "settlement currency" to USD so my whole account works in USD?
I assume then all the payments made in will be converted to USD and I can pay out using Stripe Connect later on
Oh.
You cannot use this bank account because of previous failures to successfully credit 'usd' to it. Please check with your bank that your account supports 'usd' and contact us at https://support.stripe.com/contact if you believe this is in error.
Hm, taking a step back. How is Connect involved here?
Currency is handled slightly differently when working with Connect: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/currencies
