@terse bobcat apologies for the delay. What business info is onboarding asking your users for that individuals don't typically have? When testing this myself now I am only seeing personal information questions. There is a page asking for a URL and support email. Is the URL what is tripping your users up? I can check in to whether that can be prefilled or disabled
We were looking at the no code option to understand the flow. We tried generating standard account link from our business account for the end user and that link was asking details on business like business name, business license number, address, statement descriptor etc. Our dev team is looking into the api integration option for which I wanted to understand that if through the api we can restrict the questions only to personal level and bank details since our end user is not a business, in order for us to initiate the payout. We also do not want to redirect our users from our platform to stripe and would like this to be embedded within the app. Is that possible through api integration? I have asked someone from my dev team to join the group soon to clarify on this further
Interesting, I would have thought that just setting the business type to individual would prevent those questions from being asked. Do you have the ID of an account that you created this way? I will see if your setup is different from mine here
