I'm not so good at this, but Stripe is conected to Shopify and Shopify is conected to SAP. And payment files are not comming to SAP

that's not something I would know anything about, Stripe's not involved in that, the third parties pull information from Stripe and prepare things like that, so you want to reach out to them for support.
