I wanted to make sure that it was blinking.
In the morning, the device was restarting and this time I was wondering if the device was referring to the same symptom with the right light flashing.

Blinking doesn't keep doing it, it does it once in a while.

Don't see the LED on your video but if it's 2 dots then yes, pretty much

When I start filming, the LED blinking stops.
